Requirements

• Relevant work experience within the ski industry.
• Be Friendly, outgoing and comfortable working with people.
• Love to ski or snowboard and some knowledge of how it all works.
• Have basic computer skills.
• English fluency, written and verbal.
• Need to be flexible in your schedule, including working split shifts, nights, holidays and weekends.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting customers with boot selection, proper fit, stance and alignment.
• Assess and address boot issues through custom modifications.
• Mold custom footbeds.
• Responsible for assisting multiple customers simultaneously.
• Generate sales for skis / boots / bindings.
• Boot fitting.
• Maintain the high-standard for guest service.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of products and industry trends.
• Maintain merchandising of hard good product lines and store cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate the desire to succeed and grow within the company.
• Other duties as may be assigned.
