Requirements

• Fluency in English and a second language (bilingual REQUIRED)
• 1+ year of apartment leasing experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• A friendly, professional demeanor and excellent presentation
• A commitment to teamwork and problem-solving
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, insured vehicle

Responsibilities

• Engaging Prospective Residents
• Touring and presenting apartment homes with confidence
• Screening applicants using qualification standards
• Achieving and maintaining a strong conversion rate
• Delivering Exceptional Customer Service
• Communicating clearly and professionally in English and Spanish
• Ensuring a polished, professional appearance and office environment
• Building strong relationships with residents and prospects
• Leading Marketing & Outreach Efforts
• Conducting off-site marketing
• Supporting digital and social media initiatives
• Helping create strategic marketing plans
• Contributing to a High-Performing Team
• Sharing ideas, collaborating, and supporting team goals
• Assisting with resident events and retention programs
• Upholding the standards of the LUMA Playbook
