About The Position

The Misfit in Santa Monica is seeking experienced Bartenders to join their team during a busy season. This part-time role requires individuals with a strong background in bartending, particularly in high-volume settings, and a passion for providing excellent service. Candidates must be available for both day and night shifts, including Sundays, and should possess a positive attitude and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, full bar setting.
• RBS Alcohol Training Certification (Required).
• ServSafe Certification (Required).
• Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Completion of Pernod's Bar Smarts is recommended.
• Experience with craft and classic cocktails.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service and engage with patrons.
