Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or food service is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with coffee preparation techniques is a plus.
• Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and basic retail math calculations.
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Knowledge of POS systems is advantageous but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and take their orders efficiently.
• Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to established recipes.
• Operate the POS system for processing transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including equipment and utensils.
• Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying management when stock is low.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Uphold food safety standards by following proper food handling procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
