Requirements

• 1 year of barista experience required.
• 1 year of restaurant experience required.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently with little to no supervision.

• 3 years of guest services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve all products with friendly, individualized attention to each customer.
• Educate customers about premium coffees, teas, and food products.
• Check brewing equipment for proper operation and report maintenance needs.
• Stock and replenish inventory from drink and food bar stations.
• Set up or restock product displays.
• Serve a variety of hot or cold beverages.
• Clean and sanitize all service and work areas, utensils, and equipment.
• Adhere to all company and health regulation policies.
