About The Position

Jovie of Phoenix is hiring experienced babysitters to provide independent, in-home care for local families. This is a part-time, on-call role ideal for caregivers comfortable working alone with children and looking for flexible scheduling.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional childcare experience
• Worked alone with children for 4+ hour shifts
• Independent experience with children ages 1–13
• Can offer 2 consistent weekdays (Mon–Fri) between 7AM–7PM
• Can provide 2–3 professional, non-family childcare references
• 18+ years old
• Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
• CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to become certified)
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent, in-home childcare for infants through school-age children
• Engage kids in safe, age-appropriate activities
• Support daily routines (meals, naps, playtime, bedtime)
• Diapering, potty training, and soothing infants/toddlers
• Transport children when needed (reliable vehicle required)
• Assignments are matched within 30 miles of your home based on availability.
