Requirements

A valid New York State Driver’s License.
NYS Inspector's License is required.
Prior experience as a technician, preferably with Mercedes vehicles.
Strong mechanical skills and manual dexterity.
Proficiency with shop equipment, including diagnostic tools and alignment systems.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret technical information and repair orders.

Responsibilities

Efficiently diagnose and repair a range of complex mechanical issues in Mercedes vehicles.
Perform work on the repair order with precision, adhering to Rallye Mercedes and manufacturer standards.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections, identifying any additional repairs needed and communicating with service advisors.
Collaborate with the Parts Department to procure necessary parts.
Document all services performed clearly and accurately.
Take vehicles for road tests when required to ensure everything is functioning smoothly.
