Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of automotive repair experience in a professional setting.
- ASE certification preferred; valid driver's license required.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and repair techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methods.
- Positive attitude and a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Nice To Haves
- ASE certification preferred
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle systems, including brakes, engines, and transmissions.
- Conduct thorough inspections to identify issues and recommend necessary services.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot vehicle problems.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs and maintenance needs.
- Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shop goals and maintain a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations in all tasks.
