About The Position

Wondries Toyota is looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our high-volume service department. We are seeking someone who is customer-focused, organized, and experienced with Toyota processes who can deliver an exceptional service experience.

Requirements

• Previous Toyota Service Advisor experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of Toyota maintenance schedules and warranty procedures
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced service environment
• Experience with dealership management systems (CDK experience a plus)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive
• Consult with customers regarding vehicle concerns and recommended maintenance
• Write repair orders and communicate accurate repair timelines
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide updates and explain completed repairs to customers
• Upsell recommended services when appropriate
• Maintain strong CSI by delivering excellent customer service
• Follow Toyota service processes and dealership policies
