Pearson Toyota is seeking an experienced, hard-working, and highly motivated Sales Associate to join our growing team. Our Sales Associates operate with a consultative approach and are committed to creating a great buying and ownership experience for our clientele. This role is essential in ensuring that customers feel welcomed and supported throughout their vehicle purchasing journey. The Sales Associate will be responsible for greeting customers upon their arrival to the lot and guiding them through the sales process, ensuring that each customer finds a vehicle that meets their needs by utilizing the current inventory sheets. In addition to assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle, the Sales Associate will enhance the customer experience by demonstrating vehicle features on the lot. This hands-on approach not only helps in advancing the sales process but also builds trust and rapport with potential buyers. The Sales Associate will also assist customers in completing their sales applications, ensuring a smooth transition from interest to purchase. To support the overall sales strategy, the Sales Associate will work closely with management to increase sales by inspecting the lot's vehicles daily and reporting any issues to the General Manager. Furthermore, the Sales Associate will assist management in ensuring that the lot is merchandised correctly to maximize sales opportunities.
