Requirements

  • Proven success in automotive sales, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with attention to ethical sales practices
  • Comfortable using CRM systems, digital tools, and dealership software
  • Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, or Ram brands is a plus, but not required
  • Willingness to attend ongoing training and adapt to changing product lines and sales techniques

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and identify their needs through professional consultations
  • Present vehicles and demonstrate features, benefits, and technology
  • Guide customers through the full purchasing process, from test drive to delivery
  • Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email to build lasting client relationships
  • Negotiate sales terms and close transactions ethically and effectively
  • Complete all required sales documentation accurately and on time
  • Attend sales meetings and ongoing training sessions
