About The Position

Mark Toyota of Plover is seeking an Experienced Automotive Parts Counterperson to join our team in Plover, WI. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive parts and accessories, providing expert knowledge and exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. You will work closely with the service department and suppliers to coordinate orders and maintain inventory accuracy. Requirements

Proven experience as an automotive parts counterperson or similar role.
Strong knowledge of automotive parts and terminology.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to use parts databases and inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
High School diploma or equivalent, as well as a good driving record with valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

Assist customers in identifying and locating automotive parts and accessories.
Provide accurate pricing and product information.
Process parts orders efficiently and accurately, both in-person and over the phone.
Maintain inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers and managing stock counts.
Collaborate with the service department to fulfill repair and maintenance parts requests.
Keep up to date with new products and automotive industry trends.
Ensure the parts counter area is organized, clean, and welcoming.
