Requirements

Confident in basic math
Able to read a tape measure with accuracy
Comfortable with basic computer skills to support workflow and documentation
Familiar with common paint tools and their proper use
Understands and apply measurements accurately throughout the job
Able to read and interpret blueprints for special paint applications and finishes

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in manufacturing
Previous experience working on truck bodies

Responsibilities

Paint full truck bodies, chassis, cabs, trailers, or tractors
Confidently operate a cup gun, pressure pot, plural system, and airless sprayer
Apply a variety of colors and finishes with accuracy, every time
Read and interpret blueprints and work orders to ensure precision from prep to finish
Perform setup and preventative maintenance on all paint tools and equipment
Handle hazardous waste properly
Conduct routine safety and quality checks
Work in full compliance with company safety policies and promote a clean, secure workspace
