Requirements

• A Bachelor's in Transportation Design, or a similar discipline
• 3+ years' professional automotive design experience preferably at an OEM
• Demonstrated skill in verbal and visual communication, analytic skills, attention to detail, planning and organizing and collaboration

Nice To Haves

• Portfolios with samples of interior concept automotive work are required for consideration

Responsibilities

• Producing automotive interior sketches, renderings and Blender or equivalent models for mainly concept and/or production products
• Should have familiarity and working knowledge of AI integration into design process
• Participating in mobility design development or adaptation and oversees projects as assigned
• Creating design/styling ideas based on factors such as aesthetics, human factors, materials, engineering, packaging, application, methods of production, cost, market characteristics and appropriateness based on objectives of project
• Preparing design data and technical drawings for model-making and engineering
• Working with CAD modelers to develop 3D models and provide guidance regarding design changes as required
• UX conceptualization a plus but not required
• Conducting research to support development of project concepts
• Integrating findings and concepts into two and three dimensional sketches and models
