Requirements
- 5+ years of professional automotive detailing experience
- Proven ability to flag 80+ hours per pay period
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills with team members and customers
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- References demonstrating performance and reliability
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, buff, and detail vehicle exteriors to a spotless finish
- Clean and sanitize vehicle interiors, including vacuuming, upholstery care, and carpets
- Maintain a consistent, high-quality standard for every vehicle
- Ensure each customer receives a vehicle that looks and feels brand new
