Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1-4 years of experience in sales, trading, or client relationship development, preferably within equity derivatives or options markets
• Demonstrated interest in capital markets and investing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships quickly
• Coachable and eager to learn financial products and investment strategies
• Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and perform under pressure
• Strong quantitative skills and attention to detail
• Series 7 and 63 preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact to the Evercore platform for institutional investors (hedge funds, mutual funds, pension plans, etc.) focused on equity derivatives
• Provide client coverage, including trade execution, coordination with research and sales, and delivery of market analysis with a focus on volatility
• Oversee the post-trade process, including accurate booking, allocation, trade recaps, and resolution of trade breaks or inquiries
• Collaborate with Evercore ISI's industry-leading research team to educate clients on updates and help them navigate market dynamics
• Manage the full trade lifecycle, including order handling, clearing, and booking
• Author investment ideas and research summaries to support client idea generation
• Identify and onboard new institutional accounts to drive business growth
