Requirements

Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move parts up to 50 pounds (heavier materials are handled with cranes/hoists).
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and teamwork.
Intermediate computer skills.
Experience with electronic hand tools.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma/GED
Previous hands-on assembly or manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

Assemble sub-components by following diagrams, instructions, and standard work processes.
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently to complete assembly tasks.
Inspect your own work to ensure quality standards are met, making adjustments as needed.
Collaborate with your team to keep production running smoothly and efficiently.
Support continuous improvement efforts, including our 5S program and Toyota Production System activities.
