About The Position

We're looking for an Experienced Asphalt Screed Operator, for our upcoming 2025 season, responsible for operating several types of paving equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This equipment may include, but is not limited to, asphalt screeds.

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License and satisfactory driving record.
• Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in asphalt screed operation.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends as needed.
• Ability to tolerate and work in variable weather conditions, and work in dirty and dusty environments.
• Member of the appropriate trade union or willingness to become a union member.

Nice To Haves

• CDL is desired but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate several types of paving equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure the proper functioning of asphalt screeds during operations.
• Travel to various job sites as required.
