About The Position
Experienced Apprentice Electricians Needed - Integrated Manufacturing Cummings Electrical is expanding our Integrated Manufacturing team. We design and build custom, integrated, modular systems such as e-houses, electrical skids, HAC’s and UL 508A panels for a wide range of projects, including data centers, healthcare facilities, industrial plants, and more. As part of our team, you will work hands-on in a fast-paced, innovative environment, helping reduce jobsite risks, accelerate project timelines, and deliver high-quality solutions. Requirements
- Active TDLR Apprentice License is required
- Minimum 3 years Apprentice Electrician commercial/industrial experience
- Reliable transportation
- Skilled in a construction/maufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Read in-depth blueprints (mechanical, layout/on-line drawings)
- Determine size of pull box or J-box based on wires inside or passing through
- Size wire based on amperage and voltage drop
- Troubleshoot electrical systems (equipment, devices, conduit wires)
- Bend and install 3” or greater conduit
- Terminate inside of Transformers, Switchgears, Generators and UP’s, Lighting control panel and Control Panels
