This role focuses on accelerating customer acquisition, building loyalty, and maintaining State Farm's position in the evolving AI ecosystem through strategic B2B integrations and emerging technology experimentation. In this role you will:

Requirements

3+ years’ experience with Python
Hands-on experience with GenAI technologies (e.g., AWS Bedrock).
Ability to design, build, and integrate AI solutions into production systems.

Responsibilities

Design, build, manage and implement GenAI solutions
Design, build, and manage Agent-to-Agent and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
Integrate AI solutions into existing production systems
Partner with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams
Stay current with AI research and emerging technologies
Contribute to strategic AI initiatives and roadmap development
Utilize AWS Bedrock and similar technologies
Terrafrom, Python and Java development

Potential starting salary range: $90,000 - $120,000
Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
Potential yearly incentive pay up to 10% of base salary
