About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Aesthetics Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our team at our thriving Medical Spa and Wellness center. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional patient care and promoting health and wellness through a variety of aesthetic and medical services. You will work collaboratively with our team of healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care to our clients.

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the state of Ohio, with certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working as an RN or NP in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or aesthetic practice.
  • Certification or training in aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, and laser therapy is required.
  • Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with colleagues and support staff.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing high-quality patient care and upholding ethical standards and professional integrity.
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client appointments and clinic operations.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial consultations and assessments with clients to determine their aesthetic and wellness goals, as well as their medical history and eligibility for various treatments.
  • Perform a variety of cosmetic and aesthetic procedures, including but not limited to Botox injections, dermal fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, and micro-needling.
  • Administer injectables and other medications in accordance with established protocols and guidelines, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Provide education and counseling to clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-procedure care instructions.
  • Collaborate with the medical team to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and goals.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed medical records, documenting patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards and clinic policies.
  • Monitor clients for adverse reactions or complications following treatments, providing prompt intervention and follow-up care as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends, advancements in aesthetic medicine, and best practices for patient care through continuing education and professional development activities.
  • Assist with clinic operations, including scheduling appointments, managing inventory and supplies, and ensuring a clean and safe environment for clients and staff.
  • Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere for clients, demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
