About The Position

MCI is a leading Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company that specializes in delivering tailored solutions to meet the diverse needs of our clients. We are hiring an Experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance for our BPO business. You'll play a key role in supporting strategic financial decisions. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a BPO or service-based industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of IFRS or GAAP standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Manage accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Collaborate with leadership on financial planning and strategy.
