About The Position

Looking for an Experienced Accountant to Serve as an Independent Auditor Collier Family Office – The Collier Companies

The Collier Family Office supports the financial, tax, legal, and legacy planning needs of the Collier family, The Collier Companies and related entities, overseeing investments, reporting, governance, and risk management.

We are seeking an Experienced Accountant to Serve as an Independent Auditor to provide objective, third-party review and audit of our accounting and operational internal controls, systems and processes, to report back any and all material and significant issues and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of audit experience, preferably with: A public accounting firm (Big 4 or regional), and/or Internal audit in a real estate, financial services, or investment environment.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, and risk-based audit methodology.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as a consultant (1099/contractor model).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly and diplomatically present findings to senior stakeholders.
• High degree of professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
