DecisionPoint seeks an Experience Strategist (Senior) to lead experience strategy in support of Military Community and Family Policy (MC&FP) initiatives under the MODES III contract. This role supports Task 2 Outreach and Engagement services by converting MC&FP objectives into cohesive experience principles, user journeys, and service models that span channels, platforms, and programs. The Experience Strategist partners closely with Outreach and Engagement leadership, Product Owners, and cross functional teams to align experiences across MC&FP offerings. This position plays a critical role in ensuring experiences are mission aligned, consistent, and measurable. This position is fully remote.
