About The Position

The Celebree Support Center Team is seeking an Experience Specialist for our front desk at the Huffman Family Brands Office! The Experience Specialist is the first point of contact for visitors and team members in the Support Center, creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. Manages the front desk, handles incoming calls, greets guests, and provides administrative support to various departments as needed and provides a clean, organized office space. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, along with a friendly and professional demeanor to provide an exceptional experience to all visitors and team members of the Support Center. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and ability required.

Requirements

  • Education/Experience: Associate or bachelor’s Degree is preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years Administrative & Customer Service experience preferred
  • Specific Skills: Computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft TEAMS

Responsibilities

  • Responds to all written/telephone inquiries
  • Answers and directs incoming calls in a prompt and professional manner.
  • Ensures exceptional customer service experiences
  • Communicates effectively and timely with the team through email and phone
  • Delegates concerns to the proper Support Center team members
  • Supports recognition program- Teacher of the Quarter, Birthday and Anniversary recognition.
  • Presents a positive and professional image.
  • Greets all visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Practice and adheres to the Mission, vision and values of the company
  • Maintains a clean and organized reception area.
  • Ensures that the Support Center environment is clean and free of clutter
  • Builds and mains strong relationships with vendors
  • Timely mailing of Support Center documents and packages
  • Distribution of Support Center Mail
  • Maintains and schedules meetings and events in meeting areas
  • Provides general administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Orders supplies for Support center.
  • Manages copier vendor maintenance.
  • Confirms accuracy of payroll system and HRIS (New hire information, Personnel Actions Forms)
  • Files weekly paperwork and upkeep of staff files.
  • Executes Administrative Tasks for the Support Center as needed
