As a Vice President of Experience Research on the Private Client team,â you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our products and services. Leveraging your deep expertise in research methods and user experience design, develop and execute research strategies to uncover valuable insights into the wants, needs, and abilities of our customers and end users. Your work will provide the foundation used to inform effective product and service designs across the firm. Apply your advanced knowledge of quantitative and qualitative methods to critically analyze the effectiveness of our existing and future designs as you collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams. This position will lead research to inform design experiences and services that support the development of the JP Morgan Private Client offering. The Private Client offering serves affluent households by providing concierge banking, personalized wealth advice, and access to the best of JP Morgan Chase. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create solutions that attract and engage affluent customers across all business channels. The team will focus on delivering seamless, high-touch experiences in human, digital, and retail environments. Your work will help inform designs to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing ones, ensuring our affluent customers receive exceptional service at every touchpoint.
