As a Vice President of Experience Research in JPMorgan Wealth Management, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our products and services. Leveraging your deep expertise in research methods and user experience design, you will develop and execute research to uncover valuable insights into the needs and abilities of our end users--every JPMorgan financial advisor in America and the teams that support them. Your work will provide the foundation used to inform effective product and experience design across the firm.
