Requirements

  • At least 1yr of Window/Door Installation Experience
  • At least 1yr of Conducting Technical Measures Required for Installation
  • At least 1yr of Customer Service Experience and Conflict Resolution Skills
  • At least 2yrs of Construction/Home Improvement Industry Experience
  • Knowledge of applicable building codes and construction techniques.
  • Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Basic financial knowledge (i.e., P&L Statements).
  • Must be willing to undergo a criminal background check
  • Must be willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screening
  • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record

  • Prior Managerial/Leadership Experience is Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all personnel involved in installation processes, including hiring, interviewing, performance evaluation, and terminations when necessary.
  • Perform service and repair work on previously installed products and complete technical measurements for upcoming installations.
  • Work directly with homeowners to resolve installation or service issues, while ensuring all installation personnel consistently deliver signature service, exceptional craftsmanship, and adherence to company standards.
  • Maintain compliance with all regulatory procedures affecting installation and service operations.
  • Lead safety initiatives to ensure all installation practices meet company and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with the local supply chain team to secure materials needed to complete jobs efficiently.
  • Drive homeowner delight through proactive communication, on-site audits, and continuous improvement of processes based on survey and review feedback.
  • Supervise installation associates, providing performance guidance, open communication, and timely support for team concerns.
  • Manage in-house installers and independent contractors, including selection, contracting, training, and capacity planning.
  • Identify, document, and expedite resolution of outstanding project items, including final inspections and account balance processing.
