The Experience Manager will support leading the continuous evolution of luxury in aviation - responsible for the research, recommendations, and implementation of future strategic business opportunities for the Global 5 Senses team in the US and Europe. Such opportunities include onboard service items and consumables that elevate the Owner experience. This role is critical to assist in finding those products and services, helping to further elevate the transformational and unique 'Only NetJets' experiences onboard our aircraft and throughout all Owner Touchpoints.
