As an Experience Design Lead, Vice President in Serving Operations, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience across our products and services for customers and employees. As a core contributor, success in this role comes from a strong understanding of customer and business needs and thoughtful planning and coordination across product development teams, taming complexity for both our stakeholders and users.
