About The Position

What You Will Do: Reservation management on SevenRooms, OpenTable, and Resy Simultaneously operate multiple forms of communication systems throughout shift including VoIP software, business SMS software, Google Workspaces, and instant messaging platforms Become well versed in all operational details for all restaurants within the MHG brand Fully detail experience information for FOH and BOH teams Maintain accurate records within our guest profiles and reservations Go out of your way to accommodate our guests Communicate anticipated business demands daily to Director of Reservations (Daily Reporting, local events, and convention updates) Be flexible and able to adjust to the changing needs of the restaurants and guests Maintain a high level of professionalism, especially when handling confidential details Handle all guest situations with care and critical thinking Answer calls promptly and always maintain professional phone etiquette QualificationsWho We Are Looking For: Thursday-Saturday evenings/closing shifts 5pm-11pm - Part Time Needs to have their own computer and dedicated home internet Must be able to take calls in a quiet/professional setting Minimum 5 years of hospitality or customer service experience Available all weekends, evenings, and some holidays Excellent verbal and written communication, and efficient typist Professional, articulate, friendly, and punctual Possesses and exhibits the drive to provide exceptional service Demonstrates higher order thinking and problem solving skills Must be able to work at a rapid pace while maintaining attention to detail Be considerate and willing to help fellow teammates Tolerate pressure, and work calmly and efficiently during busy times Skilled in time management Maintain professional background sounds throughout shift Food lovers wanted! This role requires Must be able to be stationary for extended periods of time in a seated position. Must verbally communicate clearly with a fluency in English. Additional languages a plus.
