Requirements

Must be 18 years or older.
Excellent customer service and positive demeanor with a passion for delivering exceptional service to guests.
Attention to detail and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer skills, ability to be trained in reservation and payment software.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to work weekends and holidays on a flexible schedule.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred, but not required.
