The Dealer will perform functions under the guidance of Table Games management, dealing assigned games in accordance with established policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction and enjoyment.

  • Offer the highest possible level of customer service resulting in maximum customer enjoyment and return play.
  • Know all policies and procedures of the specific table game being dealt.
  • Maintain a safe, professional, friendly work environment conducive to high productivity and morale.
  • Support Hard Rock's culture and team philosophy throughout the property.
  • Act as a role model to all Team Members and encourage others to do the same.
  • Promote positive public relations and create an enjoyable atmosphere for all customers.
  • Ensure the protection of customer rewards and credit lines.
  • Comply with all departmental and Company Policies including business ethics guidelines.
  • Comply with all regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain confidentiality of all Seminole Gaming’s trade secrets and proprietary information.
  • Create and ensure a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment.
  • Serve in the role and complete the responsibilities of a Dual Rate Dealer/Floor Supervisor as requested.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to responsible gaming and responsible alcohol service.
  • Minimum of six months Casino Dealer experience.
  • Experience in Table Games as a Dealer for multiple games including blackjack, baccarat, and carnival games preferred.
  • Experience in craps and/or roulette required.
  • Ability to deal Black Jack with a high level of proficiency.
  • Excellent customer service and talent relation skills.
  • High School Graduate or equivalent diploma.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Meticulous, organized, and accurate.
  • Extreme confidentiality.
  • Familiarity with a variety of computer systems and applications.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed.
  • Ability to manage multiple details and tasks concurrently in a changing environment.
  • Ability to analyze and think about how possible solutions impact the entire operation.
