About The Position

Expeditors at Westmoor Country Club will ensure the efficient flow of orders from the back-of-house kitchen team to the front-of-house service team for a la carte dining, special events, and private functions. Experience is preferred and experience in a private club or resort setting is a plus; however, in-house training is available. Part-time (20-25 hours per week on average) positions are available with an opportunity for overtime and/or extra shifts during peak seasons.

Requirements

Flexible work schedule; able to work varying shifts to include holidays, weekends, and evenings
Enthusiasm for providing personal, professional, and welcoming service to members and guests
Willingness to work as part of a team
Able to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

Deliver orders from the kitchen to the appropriate dining area in a timely manner
Assist the lead expeditor in the final preparation of dishes
Set-up and maintain buffets
Professionally and effectively communicate with members and fellow employees
Maintain high standards of quality and sanitation
Assist in daily set-up and take-down of dining facilities to include moving furniture
Maintain cleanliness of expeditor areas of the kitchen
Assist with stocking work stations, re-setting vacated tables, private event set-up, organize storage areas, and any other miscellaneous duties required to maintain the dining areas
Willing to perform other job-related duties as assigned
