Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-4 years of customer service and/or operational support experience
  • Ability to perform basic math
  • Moderate computer skills including MS Word, Excel, internet, customer portals and email
  • Reliable transportation is a must
  • Ability to work overtime, as required

Responsibilities

  • Must maintain 100% commitment to safety policies and procedures.
  • Prepares and processes (and closes out) workorder paperwork packages to be used in fabrication centers.
  • Assisting Branch Operations Manager with monitoring and maintaining LGG's production backlog reports and thus assisting decrease the late backlog.
  • Communicate with warehousing and production facilities and internal stakeholders to ensure orders are shipped out on time.
  • Participates in special projects that serve to promote operational improvement.
  • Invoices all sales orders.
  • Maintains workpacks and files physical documents.
  • Provides support to internal stakeholders when needed.
  • Complies with the employee handbook and company policies governing associate conduct.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.
