Requirements
- Must be able to read and organize food trays according to kitchen ticket
- Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
- Able to share or divide attention among several ongoing activities
- Must have excellent Guest service skills
Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between back of house and front of house to organize and deliver food to guests or package to go orders
- Check status of orders and ensure each dish meets restaurant standards
- Ensure dishes are properly plated and free of smudges and spills
- Ensure to go orders are packed with correct items and needed condiments
- Assist with delivering food to the correct tables
- Assist with side duties of the restaurant
- Safely and effectively use all equipment essential to the position
- Interact with fellow Team Members in a cooperative manner
