Expedites delivery of electronic components within established guidelines and processes. Contact vendors via e-mail, phone, and through online portals. Reviews reports, analyzes data, and develops productive solutions for expediting product delivery. Communicates with vendors to obtain product or service information such as availability and delivery schedule. Communicates internally with other Mouser teams including customer service, purchasing, and others as needed to determine and relay delivery needs and information. Supports the total quality process and demonstrates a positive attitude toward self and others in a customer service oriented environment. Desire, ability, and personality to deal directly with vendors and represent Mouser Electronics. Regular attendance at work is an essential function of the job.
