About The Position
Expo/Food Runner We are looking for motivated Expeditors to join our team! Expos must be great at managing multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment, with special attention to details while performing quality work and contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere. The Country Club has been a haven for conversation and libations since the early 1950’s providing a classic ambiance and charm reminiscent of a time-honored social club. For guests 21 or over exclusively, the chef-driven menu of classic American cuisine is complimented by a full bar of premium spirits, signature cocktails, craft beer, and a curated wine list. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have or be able to obtain a CA Food Handlers Certificate before training
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to stand for extended periods of time
- Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Maintain safety and sanitation requirements as per the Health Department and restaurant standards
- Read kitchen tickets and answer questions about modifications
- Plate dishes and ensure consistency and presentation
- Inspect the dish to confirm that it complies with restaurant food quality standards
- Ensure that orders get to guest as quickly and accurately
- Ensure pars in Expo refrigerator and restock items as needed
