About The Position

We’re looking for motivated Expediter (Expo) / Food Runners to join our restaurant and bar team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting seamless service, and takes pride in contributing to an exceptional guest dining experience. The Role Read kitchen tickets and answer questions about modifications to ensure orders are accurate Communicate guest requests or special instructions clearly to the kitchen and service team Plate dishes with care, ensuring consistency, presentation, and adherence to quality standards Deliver food to guests promptly and accurately, providing a professional and courteous experience Monitor and restock Expo refrigerator pars and other necessary items throughout the shift Complete opening, side work, and closing duties to ensure the kitchen and service areas are ready for the next shift Anticipate needs during service to help create a smooth and enjoyable experience for guests Maintain all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards in accordance with Health Department and restaurant guidelines

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Applicants must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have or be able to obtain a California Food Handler Certificate before training
  • Previous food service experience preferred
  • Competent to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, including frequent overhead lifting
  • Capable to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
  • Clear communication skills and a guest-first mindset

  • Previous food service experience preferred
