About The Position

Ensures guest satisfaction through quality food presentation (hot, delicious, and properly dressed plates) and customer service. Performs duties in a conscientious, pleasant, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Work requires 6 months previous food expeditor experience.
• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.
• Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
• Fast paced, high volume environment.
• Requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs.
• Lifting up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Check all tickets and position food orders in the window for food servers.
• Dress all plates for food server.
• Ensure food servers pick up food in a prompt manner.
• Call back re-fire, side orders, etc., and deal one on one with cooks.
• Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment for guests and fellow co-workers.
