About The Position
JOB SUMMARY: Ensures guest satisfaction through quality food presentation (hot, delicious, and properly dressed plates) and customer service. Performs duties in a conscientious, pleasant, and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Check all tickets and position food orders in the window for food servers. Dress all plates for food server. Ensure food servers pick up food in a prompt manner. Call back re-fire, side orders, etc., and deal one on one with cooks. Perform posted side work and other duties as directed by management. Maintain a safe and clean work environment for guests and fellow co-workers. QUALIFICATIONS: Work requires 6 months previous food expeditor experience. Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner. Must present a neat and professional appearance. Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers. Work requires teamwork with other staff members. PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS: Fast paced, high volume environment. Also, requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs., and may require lifting up to 40 lbs. Shifts may vary based on business needs.
