About The Position

Revver is expanding its partnership with Caselle to deliver AI-powered document automation across state and local government agencies. Each Caselle municipality receives Revver access. Our opportunity is to convert that activation into multi-role administrative adoption (5–6 licenses per municipality). We are hiring a revenue-focused Expansion Account Representative to own seat growth and tier expansion across the Caselle installed base. This is a land-and-expand revenue role, not a customer support role.

Responsibilities

  • Convert activation into paid seat growth
  • Drive 1 to 3 seat governance expansion within 60 days
  • Expand into HR, Clerk, and Utilities functions
  • Accelerate municipalities across pricing tiers
  • Close incremental seat agreements
  • Move municipalities through defined expansion stages
  • Identify and prioritize expansion-ready accounts
  • Execute structured 14-day pilots when needed
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline forecasting
  • Identify 5+ seat municipalities
  • Recruit high-performing accounts into ambassador program
  • Drive peer referrals inside regional clusters
