About The Position

ServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious and experienced Expansion Account Executive! This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office/WFH team that’s based in Denver, CO. You will report to the Sales Director as our dedicated Expansion Account Executive. To successfully deliver products in a fast paced working environment you will need to: Develop and execute sales plans to expand business within your accounts. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle for plan shifts, selling new products, additional users, new location expansion and renewals. Own the commercial relationship with customers to strengthen the partnership and uncover new revenue streams. Proactively hunt for expansion opportunities within your accounts through regular client outreach, business reviews, and understanding the evolving needs and challenges (i.e., mergers, acquisitions, organic growth). Maintain all account, contact, and opportunity information in our CRM to ensure an accurate sales forecast and a clear view of all activities. Proactively identify and manage accounts at risk of cancellation, navigating objections and reinforcing value to secure the renewal. Collaborate closely with Implementations, Training, Support, and other teams to ensure your clients' expectations are met, creating a seamless experience that fosters loyalty and opens doors for future sales. Showcase and demo a variety of product tours ranging from quick 10 minute presentations to help our customer learn aspects of the product to long 1 hour formal presentations with slides, rehearsed formal product walkthroughs. Collect customer feedback to help ServiceCore improve their product offering and market fit.

Requirements

  • 3-5 Years Account Management Experience where you were responsible for quota
  • A focus on delivering the information your customers need in the proper manner: expertise on relevant conversations rather than feature conversations.
  • We prefer candidates that have experience with a variety of our technical stack: SFDC, Gong, Slack, Lattice, Sigma, and have demonstrated skills in screensharing complex products.
  • Outstanding analytical, oral, and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently to drive your own success while also being a strong collaborator in a team setting.

  • Base Salary: $75,000 (Dependent on Experience) with an additional variable package paid quarterly for a total On Target Earnings compensation.
