About The Position
As an Expanded Duties Dental Assistant (EDDA) at Advanced Dental on Smoky Hill Road, you will be an integral part of a collaborative and community-focused team. This position offers a competitive pay range of $28.00 to $32.00 per hour, along with a $3500 sign-on bonus. The work environment is fast-paced and goal-oriented, emphasizing teamwork and communication among a 12-person staff. The schedule includes Monday and Thursday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 6:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining lab equipment, taking and developing X-rays, and providing comprehensive post-operative dental procedures to patients. You will also take and record medical and dental histories, assist the dentist in managing dental emergencies, and improve your clinical skills through continuing education and training opportunities provided by Heartland Dental.
