About The Position

Excellent opportunity for an experienced licensed Community Association Manager! A Condominium Hi-Rise Property on the Intracoastal Waterway. The person filling this position owns responsibility for the full management of this Hi-rise community. The primary role of a property manager is to serve the board in helping them achieve their goals for the community. The manager handles managing the staff and overseeing all operations including maintenance, finances, administration and compliance with documents and laws.

Requirements

• Must be certified and licensed by the State of Florida
• Experience as a Community Association Manager
