Requirements

  • YOU MUST HAVE
  • 1 year with reading and understanding AutoCAD drawings
  • 5 years in Customer Experience with system and customer updates.

  • The account specialist is also expected to participate in process improvement training programs and have a basic understanding of how said tools are used

Responsibilities

  • Manage JDE/MRP related items for updates, system inaccuracies, support shipments, evaluate tools within JDE to collect data to drive aftermarket sales
  • Provide GPP support to help customers, channel partners, and sales team members effectively enter and drive orders
  • Conduct aftermarket analytics for the aftermarket, field service, and aftermarket engineering teams
  • Support in document coordinator activities to provide customers with data packages
  • Support our CRM tool to drive orders
  • Uses our CRM software in tandem with other software daily
  • Enters data and ensures accuracy of data entry by others and self
  • Ensures all functions of CRM system work effectively other applications and operating systems
  • Aids with managing customer relationships with CRM support
  • Provides timely insights and analytical support to internal business stakeholders to support effective business decision-making and customization of the CRM to align with business needs
  • Partners with cross functional stakeholders to provide CRM customizations to support internal business needs, including ad hoc requests.
  • Identifies, recommends, and implements quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes.
  • Interface direct with customers, representatives, and distributors within the Sundyne infrastructure.
  • Coordinates pre-sales activities with various departments such as Product Planners, Purchasing, Engineering, Field Service, Accounting, and Sales to ensure that Sundyne’s commitments are met
  • Review orders received through IWS for accuracy.
  • Responsible for discussing, in partnership with managers, pricing variances within the scope of supply in accordance with published pricing guidelines and applicable discounts.
  • May also, with guidance, apply pricing for new items based on current pricing matrix and established procedures
  • Responsible for accurate maintenance of each assigned product’s permanent serial number records, including field modifications, product upgrades, and conversions
  • Knowledgeable of all resources available within Sundyne to respond to customer’s requirements and/or concerns with timely decision making and problem solving
  • Develop and communicate recommendations for changes concerning system improvements, pricing, and procedure
  • Performs special assignments and related duties to improve customer service as business dictates.
  • Ability to communicate issues, specifically of an engineering nature, to management or other appropriate internal experts for resolution
  • Must be able to interact with customers and project a positive and professional image of Sundyne during high stress situations
