The Experienced Analyst Process Excellence, QC will support management with strategic initiatives for the US Stability Laboratory operations, ensuring GMP compliance, accuracy and timeliness of specified project and processes. This role carries out duties in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations and guidelines (including FDA, EPA, DEA, OSHA, etc.) as well as all company and site policies and procedures. The Experienced Analyst Process Excellence, QC is accountable for working with the NJ Stability Laboratory to identify areas for continuous improvement, implement strategic initiatives to increase the laboratories operating model and support all objectives associated with the organization's technology roadmap. This position will also be responsible for identifying areas for cost improvement and managing tactical projects identified by laboratory personnel. This position also provides QC guidance and support throughout the Janssen Supply Chain (JSC) for new initiatives, projects, and areas for improvement.
