About the position

The EXO QA Senior Manager at Coty will lead the quality assurance team, ensuring compliance with Coty QA policies and external regulations. This role involves implementing quality strategies, improving processes, and achieving departmental goals aligned with the supply chain strategy. The manager will also oversee vendor audits, manage product non-conformance, and drive continuous quality improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance to Coty QA policy and external regulations to ensure our customers and consumers receive Quality products
  • Host external Bodies and Health Authorities for inspections on products
  • Release EXO Coty products in scope
  • Manage, report and investigate any product non-conformance
  • Responsible for Quality System and harmonization of standard practices
  • Create, document and implement systems and processes to meet QA targets
  • Collaborate cross-functionally in the supply chain to achieve KPI's
  • Optimize productivity of the QA function
  • Deploy Coty QA policy and strategy across the Vendors network
  • Deploy and standardize the global TPM Qualification program
  • Manage vendor audits and adhere to the audit plan
  • Build and sustain CAPA programs and communication with vendors
  • Assign Quality KPIs to vendors and follow up as needed
  • Coordinate the collection of Quality KPIs and drive continuous quality improvements
  • Plan, conduct and supervise assignments to meet objectives
  • Manage direct reports ensuring adequate training and development
  • Conduct review and evaluation of personnel in the department
  • Ensure implementation of company and departmental policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Sciences or Management, Master degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience
  • TQM skills
  • FDA experience desirable
  • Experience with GMPs
  • Strong Knowledge of the QA Guidelines and local regulations regarding Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Deep knowledge of industrialization processes for new products
  • Knowledge of TQM methodology and processes management
  • Knowledgeable of customary quality assurance testing schemes
  • Knowledgeable of customary Bulk and finished goods testing schemes
  • Knowledgeable of GDPs, GMPs
  • Thorough understanding of Production Packing Processes, filling and finishing techniques
  • Possess budget management and statistical knowledge
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong people skills and ability to manage people, programs, and projects
