The Exhibit Project Manager creates and sustains relationships with related industry vendors and cultivates those relationships to sell exhibit space, sponsorships, ads, associate memberships, and online opportunities. Ensures timely updates and review of project progress while tracking budgets. Helps develop floor plans, conduct exhibit space placements, and communicate venue rules and regulations for the SABCS and UT Health San Antonio Special Conferences. Works under the supervision of the Director of Special Events.
