About The Position

WonderWorks is a hands-on theme park for your mind! We feature over 100 interactive exhibits to spark your imagination and creativity! We want our guests and team members to “Let Your Imagination Run Wild” in one of our 6 theme parks: we are in Orlando, FL; Pigeon Forge, TN; Panama City Beach, FL; Myrtle Beach, SC; Syracuse, NY, and now Branson, MO! Joining Our Team: You will have access to discounts and tickets in WonderWorks and other attractions and restaurants in the Branson area are also offered!

Requirements

Possess excellent verbal communication skills
Be comfortable approaching people you do not know and engage them in conversation
Be comfortable working indoors and standing for long periods of time
Previous theme park, entertainment, hospitality, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
Ability to multi-task, work with limited supervision and make reasonable and ethical decisions quickly.
On-the-job training is provided upon joining, and night, holiday, and weekend availability is needed, too.
While performing the duties of this job, an employee is regularly required to stand, walk, talk and hear.
Frequently required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, and lift from 10 pounds up to 50+ pounds.
Candidates are subject to background checks, and must have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Welcome, greet and interact with guests in the assigned Exhibit
Ability to explain and operate all exhibits in a safe manner
Guide and direct guests through the attraction, answering questions and providing helpful information
Maintain a dazzling attraction appearance by helping with exhibit clean-up and custodial support
Refer guest complaints and/or incidents to the Manager on Duty
Follow checklist for required duties and timelines
Be available to fill in as needed to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the Exhibits
Support other team members when needed to keep fellow team members and guests happy and safe!
